Kelvin was graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1992, with his well trained in both Removable and Fixed Prosthodontics. Having certificates of the City & Guilds of London Institute, Kelvin became senior ceramist with over 25 years of experience in lab operation in terms of quality control specialized on crown & bridge works, cast partial and Implants. Kelvin had attended CAD-CAM and ceramics courses and he is more familiar with all major brands of ceramics to serve worldwide dentists.

Emma has valuable CAD CAM experiences from the worldwide dental supplies company especially in the digital dentistry. While being the CAD CAM certified trainer of the Dentsply Sirona in the past 6 years, she had offered quite a lots of regional CAD CAM courses over Asian countries like Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea etc. Those technical support courses mostly were the onsite programs directly to dental technicians and dentists for the uses of CAD CAM in the digital dentistry. After she graduated from the Prince Philip Dental Hospital at the University of Hong Kong, she was worked at the Hong Kong Dental Laboratory Ltd. many years for more practical experiences as well as various dental systems such as Cercon, Procera and Implants. With over 12 years of experience in dental lab operation in terms of quality control and the digital data dentistry, she also has awarded the Bachelor degree of Arts (Hons) Marketing and Management in the University of Hull of England to strengthen her skill in the management of lab operation as well.
